 Our mobile homes/RV:s.

In the end of January 1999 we bought a Hymer Tramp mobile home. The next one was a Hymer B514 and was bought in 2004. The 14 October 2010 we bought our third mobile home - a Nordic Explore.

You can read about some of our trips under "Our travels" in the menue to the left (Island 2007, Europe 2010, Estonia 2011 and 2013 were made by our mobile home.)

Driving a mobile home / RV is like driving an ordinary car when it comes to follow the traffic on the roads. You are sitting high so the outlook is magificent! And when we make a stop we just turn the confortable seat to end up at the dinner table makes it perfect. All the conveniencies like fridge, shower with really hot water, toilette, sink, TV etc are there. Tiiu has a wheel chair that can be stored in a big storage space. And we don´t have to rebuild to go to bed, as the sleeping room is always ready.

We have been many times to central Europe and during june 2007 also to Island. We have seen the tulips of Holland and visited Tiius cousin i Switzerland and our neigbour in his house in the south of Spain. From our house to Nerja, Spain is 4 800 km singel way.

During winter we have good comfort by use of a gas heater. It works even if it is -36 centigrades outdoors. Our mobile home number 3 has the best winter capacity.
